(getgear.io and GEAR NBS) [referred to as "we", "us" and "our"] is an independent IT consultancy specializing in Inventory Solutions, Cloud Service and Solutions, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. We offer various services to help you get the most from the cloud and to do so when you get in touch with us we need your personal information to help determine how we can best help you and to get back in touch with you. The privacy of our visitors to our solution and service is important to us. We recognize that privacy of your personal information is important. Once you submit one of the forms, our third-party data processor, Google Cloud processes your personal information for the purposes you choose to agree to on the form. Google Cloud securely stores and encrypts your information when at rest or transmitted over the internet and is only accessible by GEAR user accounts with two-factor authentication. Google processes your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Terms.

What happens if you do not provide the personal information we request
